The hotel had some positives like a helpful and kind staff, but there were also some negatives including a cold room with no blankets and a strong cigarette smell, making it noisy at night.

I was thrilled with the hotel's location; right next to the main bus station and convenient for Mexico trips and inner city check-ins. It was nice to have the restaurant but being strong-armed was a concern. The service was a bit disappointing, especially with my phone use, but laundry was efficient.
